Our Principal

Ebony Williams

Welcome to Lebanon Road Elementary School!

My name is Ebony Williams and I am honored to serve as the proud Principal of this incredible school community.

As an educator and leader, my passion has always been rooted in helping every child realize their full potential. I believe that schools thrive when students, families and staff work together in a partnership grounded in respect, communication and high expectations. Every decision I make is guided by one central question: What is best for our students?

At Lebanon Road, we are “Rooted in Strength and Built for Excellence.” This reflects my vision to build upon the strong foundation already in place while continuing to push for academic achievement, personal growth and a safe, supportive environment where every student can shine.

My goal is to ensure that every child feels seen, valued and challenged to grow not just as learners, but as leaders. Together, we will:

●            Strengthen academic outcomes through rigorous instruction and engaging learning experiences.

●            Foster a school culture where kindness, respect and responsibility guide our actions.

●            Partner with families and the community to provide opportunities that extend learning beyond the classroom.

●            Celebrate the unique gifts and talents of every student.

I am excited about the journey ahead and look forward to working with you to make this each and every school year one of growth, success and joy for our students.
